Who is responsible
Marketing Diagnosis currently operates under the Marketing Diagnosis trading name. Live payments remain disabled until the legal entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction are finalized and published. Privacy requests can be submitted through the secure contact page.
What we collect
Account information
ChatGPT authentication provides a verified account identifier and email so we can identify you, save businesses and keep reports scoped to your account. We do not ask you to create a separate password.
Business and diagnosis information
We store the business name and profile, primary market and reporting currency, aggregate revenue, marketing spend, margin, order, funnel and retention inputs, questionnaire answers, normalized metrics, evaluations, findings, confidence, data requests, report history and re-diagnosis comparisons.
Technical and analytics information
We may store timestamps, referring page, landing path, UTM parameters and an anonymous browser-session identifier. Product events record actions such as a landing visit, questionnaire progress, payment state, report view or PDF download. General product analytics intentionally excludes the revenue, margin, CAC, free text, email and business identifiers entered into a diagnosis.
Payments
The current MVP uses a clearly labelled demo checkout and stores no card data. A live payment provider has not been connected.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, saved businesses, diagnoses, private PDFs and re-diagnosis comparisons.
- Show missing-evidence requests and troubleshoot product failures.
- Understand aggregate funnel drop-off and improve the deterministic engine.
- Detect abuse, protect accounts and maintain necessary audit records.
- Maintain demo transaction records and, once live payments are configured, administer purchases and refunds.
Transactional messages and marketing
Authentication, security, purchase, report-ready and essential service messages are transactional. Creating an account does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If optional marketing communication is introduced, it will use a separate consent and unsubscribe mechanism. Automatic report email is not active until a transactional provider and verified sender are configured; PDFs are currently available through the private account.
How AI may be used
The core diagnostic result is produced by structured deterministic logic. AI does not independently select or override the score, benchmark, confidence or primary constraint. The current customer report and PDF use structured product copy; an AI narrative provider is not connected.
How long we keep information
Account information is kept while the account is active and as needed afterwards for security or legal obligations. Diagnosis history and generated reports are kept so the account owner can access earlier work and compare a re-diagnosis. Payment records will be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations when live payments exist. No raw-file upload feature is currently offered. You may request account deletion through Contact; associated data will be removed subject to necessary legal, security and transaction retention.
Service providers and international processing
Necessary infrastructure providers may process information for hosting, database and private object storage, authentication and product delivery. Payment, transactional email and AI providers are not currently connected for the functions described above. Providers may process information in countries different from yours. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct account information, request deletion, or ask a privacy question through Contact & Support. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time if marketing is introduced.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses essential authentication and security mechanisms supplied by the account platform. It also stores a first-touch attribution record and an anonymous analytics-session identifier in your browser’s local storage. No marketing cookie layer is currently installed.
Security
We use measures designed to protect customer information, including encrypted connections, authenticated access, owner-scoped database queries and private report storage. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Eligibility and changes
This is a business diagnostic product for people legally able to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available here.
