The service
Marketing Diagnosis is a software-based business diagnostic service for commerce businesses. You provide business information and performance metrics. The service analyses applicable evidence and produces a prioritized report intended to identify likely growth constraints.
The service may include an online saved report, downloadable PDF, diagnosis history and re-diagnosis comparison. Automatic report email is not yet active.
Decision support, not a guarantee
Marketing Diagnosis provides analytical and informational guidance. It does not guarantee increased revenue, profitability, advertising performance or any specific business result. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Your information and responsibilities
The quality of a diagnosis depends on the quality and completeness of the information provided. You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you have the right to use. Do not submit customer payment-card information, passwords or unnecessary customer personal data.
If there is not enough evidence for a reliable diagnosis, the service may ask for additional information or present a partial result instead of naming a high-confidence primary constraint.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for access to the email and ChatGPT account used to sign in and may not use your account to compromise the service. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase the service.
Prices and deliverables
Initial diagnosis — $59
One complete diagnosis with no recurring subscription. It includes the conversational questionnaire, applicable metric analysis, a primary constraint when supported, root cause versus symptoms, confidence and evidence, relevant secondary findings, prioritized next actions, what not to prioritize yet, a saved online report and downloadable PDF.
Re-diagnosis — $39
Available for an existing business history. It analyses current information and may compare earlier and current constraints and metrics. It does not guarantee that a different constraint will be found.
These products do not include ongoing consulting, agency or advertising management, implementation, unlimited manual review or a Fractional CMO engagement.
Checkout and payment
The current MVP checkout is a no-charge demo. No live payment processor or Merchant of Record is connected. Before live sales begin, the checkout will identify the selected provider, applicable taxes and any legally required digital-content consent. The intended flow is questionnaire, evidence check, payment, then final report.
Ownership and permitted use
You retain your rights in the business information you submit and grant the limited permission needed to process it to provide and improve the service subject to the Privacy Policy. The software, branding, interface and proprietary diagnostic framework remain the property of their operator or licensors. You may use a purchased report internally and share it reasonably with employees, business partners, marketing teams and advisors.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, compromise security, automate abusive traffic, submit data you are not authorized to use, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend abusive access.
Availability, changes and account closure
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, bugs or infrastructure failures; 100% uptime is not promised. If a paid diagnosis cannot be delivered because of our failure, the Refund Policy applies. Product changes will not silently rewrite an already stored diagnosis without versioning. You may request account closure through Contact.
Liability and governing terms
A jurisdiction-specific liability clause and governing-law venue have not been adopted because the commercial legal entity is not yet finalized. Live payments are disabled until those terms are legally reviewed and published. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be available on this page.
